With over 15 years of experience in human resources, Ashley has extensive knowledge in compliance, organizational development, strategic human resources management, organizational culture and change management.  She has worked with many companies of various sizes, including Stanley Black & Decker and Samsung Austin Semiconductor where she supported over 2,000 employees. Additionally, she led the HR function at a start up technology company where she championed the efforts that landed the company on the Top Workplaces in Austin and Best Companies to Work for in Texas lists for 3 consecutive years.
